MINI DSG Reader Said License File Error, What to Do?

I got this “License File Error” when using MINI DSG today. Please see the picture below. It was my first time using this tool and I had followed your video to install it. I also have disable the anti virus software on my tablet during DSG Reader installation. What could be wrong? And what should I do? Thank you.
